As a telecommunications specialist with 20 years experience in managerial, consulting, and technical disciplines, I am confident my comprehensive background would compliment your organizations technology management team. Telecommunications is a dynamic industry, and I have a consistent record of delivering and managing business objectives, and created effective financial solutions to its unique requirements. These solutions can identify hidden profit opportunities resulting from effective vendor relationships, aggressive negotiations, and by the auditing of network services and Service Level Agreements. The benefits attained from these actions have often resulted in improved price competitiveness, cost qualification, and reduction of capital and non-capital expenditures.
My roles in management encompasses the planning, evaluation, budgeting, procurement, engineering and deployment of business enterprise platforms including voice systems, adjunct products, and their supporting network services. Supervisory direction is provided overseeing product vendors, system and network engineers / analysts, administrative personnel and contractors. Responsibilities have contributed toward enterprise support regarding concept, assessment, determination and direction of current and projected telecommunications requirements. These positions also includes a myriad of administrative functions which led to the development of customer related service and support processes, the maintaining of database information and records for corporate locations. The opportunity to expand my management experience has been presented through business activities in North American and International markets, including Europe and Mexico.
Over the last 20 years I have achieved progressively responsible senior positions within United Airlines and Cameron Associates in Chicago IL and Lamb Technicon in Detroit, MI. I am seeking a permanent position that offers new challenges, and one which requires a combination of technical ability and progressive leadership. My experience and expertise supporting many disciplines can provide a solid foundation and contribution in areas including, but not limited to: Director or Manager of Telecommunications, Director or Manager of Voice Services, Director or Manager of Voice Networks.
Along with a proven record of success in technical and management roles, I offer a high degree of personal initiative and an ability to readily adapt to organizational and technical change. I would also bring to the operation the leadership skills to motivate staff toward achieving corporate objectives and team goals, and the business acumen to ensure increased profitability.
